Time had come for Ntaba our baby Rhino to look after himself and to be more like a rhino with his own kind. The day was a sad one, as we had to dart him and load him on the vehicle which would transfer and then released him on another reserve.. Apart from the sadness of him leaving us there is nothing worse than watching these playful, loveable animals being darted, pushed and guided blind folded into his container which will transfer him to his new home. We and the volunteers over time, so enjoyed our walks and frolicking with him he will be dearly missed but we know he will be happier in his new domain. It was a bitter sweet day.
